The four spiritual gears of SHIFFT are like the essential components of a well-oiled machine, each playing a critical role in maintaining the momentum and flow of the God-given mandate.
Our Journey
SHIFFT received a God-given vision for the organization, discovered during prayer sessions with the leadership team. HE revealed four gears that will serve to guide and direct projects and leaders within the organization, serving as boundary markers for Kingdom alignment.
Kingdom
The foundation of SHIFFT is built upon a kingdom culture committed to unity and wholeness, while creating restorative multi-generational connections through love, generosity, and wisdom.
Freedom
SHIFFT is a Kingdom-centered community that believes everlasting freedom is found in Christ alone.
Hope
SHIFFT fosters a welcoming and hospitable environment that brings hope to community through the truth of God’s word and the deep assurance that all will be well.
Community
SHIFFT is a unified community where individuals are free to be known and celebrated to operate in their God-given gifting.

Motivator: To hear God say, “well done good and faithful servant.” “Beloved.”
